There’s nothing better than finding that great bar or restaurant that no one quite knows about just yet. You walk in and it has that cozy, homey feel. Perhaps it is because of the size, the warm lighting or the friendly staff that serves you while you are there. Whatever the case may be, that is what you will find at the newest gastropub located at the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard.
The 595 Craft and Kitchen is perhaps Las Vegas locals’ best-kept secret. I had the pleasure of dining there the other night with some lovely, fellow bloggers, vloggers and influencers. We feasted on Crispy Fried Chicken Skins which were served with a side of sweet chili sauce. It was the perfect dip to perfectly fried skins. I remember as a kid, I would peel off the skin from the fried chicken my mom cooked and run away like she wouldn’t be able to identify the culprit. Truth be told, I still do that as an adult. Instead of running, however, I gracefully walk away, in my heels, with crumbs all over my face. Ha!
We also had the opportunity to try their Fried Deviled Eggs which were definitely a tasty twist to the ordinary way of having them! The night would not be complete if I didn’t have dessert. 595 Craft and Kitchen has a wonderful dessert called the Ice Box Buttermilk Cheesecake with Yuzu Citrus and pieces of Shortbread. It was delightful!
Not to be overlooked is their refined craft bar list and cocktail menu! If you are looking for a new place to try the next time you are in Las Vegas or a local looking for a new spot to hangout in, the secret is out. You’re welcome.
Thank you 595 Craft and Kitchen for being a wonderful host!
